Physics Lecturer
Mr. Shubham Shinde, a Physics teacher is presently working at MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul Junior College, Pandharpur. He has been teaching Physics to class 11th and 12th. He has done his Master in Physics from Savitribai Phule Pune University and Bachelor in Science from D.B.F Dayanand College of Art and Scince, Solapur University and Bachelor of Education from Pune University. Mr. Avnish Kumar is presently working in the Department of Mathematics as a Lecturer at MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul Junior College, Pandharpur. He has done B.Tech (Electronics & Instrumentations) in BPUT University Odisha. He has qualified GATE three times and has also cleared the BARC exams. He has 10 years of experience in various coaching Institutes (Radiant Route Institute, Potential & Concept, Motion And Akash Institute) for IIT JEE etc. He is Passionate for research and to innovate solutions creating short solutions, error digging etc. He is keen to find the problem which students don’t dare to ask; understanding their process of thinking, breaking inhibition barrier etc. (which are different for each students). Overall he aims for learning, self-improvement and give better output. There is always scope for improvement and a better day. There is hope as long as morale is high.

Mr Jeevan Kulkarni, Maths Teacher has 18 years of experience. He is presently working as Mathematics Lecturer in MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul Junior College, Pandharpur. He has done Master degree (M.Sc.) and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from Shivaji University, Kolhapur, Maharashtra State. He has an experience in teaching Mathematics for Higher Education, MHT-CET, JEE-MAINS. He was training students to crack NDA exam for 4 years. Mr.Alimineti Chandu is presently working in the Department of Biology as a Senior Lecturer at MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul Junior College, Pandharpur. He has done his P.G, D.Ed in Life sciences from University Campus of Osmania University and He qualified CSIR-UGC NET. He has 7 years’ of experience in teaching in Biology for Higher Education, NEET, MHT-CET and AIIMS in Sri Chaitanya Educational institutions & Sri Gayatri Educational Institutions in Telangana. He has worked in two states of India. He was highly appreciated for the commitment, team work by the management at Sri Chaitanya Junior College & Sri Gayatri Educational Institutions in Hyderabad. His motivation and guidance has enabled many students to get admissions in Medical Colleges. He has attended several workshops on Classroom Managements, Learner Centric Methods, Life skills, Lesson plans, and Year Plans.

He has completed BSc with first class in botany from Shivaji University Kolhapur and also Completed B.Ed. from Solapur University. He has been teaching Environment science, Botany, Zoology in various education Institutions for more than 15 years he has participated in many teacher training programs & workshop.

Mr. Aditya Uttam Shep is presently working as a I.T Lecturer in the Department of Information Technology at MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul Junior College, Pandharpur. He has completed B.E (Bachelor of Engineering) From M.B.E. Society's College of Engineering, Ambajogai. Mr. Narendra Dnyandeo Najardhane

Mr. Narendra D. Najardhane, a Commerce teacher is presently working at MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul Junior College, Pandharpur. Currently, he teaches Economics to 11th and 12th graders. His educational background includes M.Com, NET, SET, MBA (Prod), SET, A.D.C.M.S., Ph.D. (Rgtd). He is the author of two books in the field of Economics that are referred to by many colleges. He has taught for 10 years at junior and senior colleges. He has published 12 research papers, 4 of which are international and 8 of which are national level. He has also completed Professor's Capacity Building Programme of RUSA (Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan). He was the HOD (Commerce) in MODEL DEGREE COLLEGE of Amravati University and he has started working with the junior college students with full dedication and a thirst to prove himself.

Mr. Shankar Sontakke, postgraduate in English language and literature with first class from Pune University, M.B.A (HR) from Punjab Technical University. He is pursuing his Ph.D. in English Literature from Solapur University, Solapur. He has been teaching English and communication skills to various education institutes for more than sixteen years. He participated in many teachers training programs and workshops to explore his knowledge being teacher. He has worked as in charge principal and Coordinator in various institution. He is presently working with MIT Vishwashanti Junior college as an English teacher.

Mr. Sachin A. Bhadange has completed his M.com & GDC&A from Pune University. He is working in the department of Commerce at MIT Junior college, Pandhapur .He is passionate about teaching and an expert in delivering lectures on Book Keeping & Accountancy. Mr. Alok Singh

Mr. Alok Singh is presently working in the department of Physics as a lecturer at MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul Junior College, Pandharpur. He has completed his Masters in Physics from Patna University and B.tech from NIT Hamirpur. He has more than 17 years of experience and has also gained learning experience from super 30 programme in Patna. He has taught more than 50000 students and many of them have been selected in various medical and engineering Colleges. He has ability to teach JEE and NEET students in crystal clear scientific way with experimental approach. His approach is very friendly and the students hardly come up with doubts after his concept clearance, he is an expert in solving difficult problem in easy and multiple ways.
