Mud Day Celebration @MIT VGS Pandharpur Pre-Primary

“Mud is delightfully messy and it’s more than just fun!”

On Wednesday, 29th June 2022, The preschool section of MAEER’s Vishwashanti Gurukul School celebrated International Mud Day with great zeal and enthusiasm. International Mud Day is celebrated every year on 29th June and offers an opportunity to get closer to Mother Earth. Mud is the perfect learning material! Mud Day is an excellent opportunity to connect with nature. The tiny tots at MIT VGS enjoyed art and sensory play. The children used their palms to make prints with the help of mud. The students also made different shapes and objects using mud.

It was a pleasure to watch both teachers and students experiencing the joy of playing with mud. The children enjoyed the activity using their creative skills and playing with mud. The smiles on the little ones’ faces said it all.
